Refund policy
All sales are final.
An exchange may be provided if you need an alternate size. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start an exchange, if purchased online, and you are unable to visit us in our Store, you can contact us at makerthelabel@gmail.com. If your reason for exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Costs associated with additional post services for exchanges is at an additional cost to the buyer.
We can not accept any returns or exchanges for Socks or Hats for hygiene reasons.
Faulty Items and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All of our garments undergo the most rigorous quality control checks and we pride ourselves on the quality of our fabrication and manufacturing. Although if you think your garment might have a fault please contact us. If we agree that your garment has a fault we will provide you with a replacement.
