Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERIES ACROSS AUSTRALIA

Maker Label uses Australia Post as our Postal service.

General Standard Shipping is AUD$8.95 (Note this is for 500g parcel, if your order exceeds this you may be required to pay an additional charge)

The time frame for Standard Post across Australia is between 3-10 business days after order fulfilment, depending on your location across Australia. Please allow the latter end of the time guide for more regional locations.  All tracking information will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

The timeframe for Express Shipping across Australia is 2-3 business days, from the time of order fulfilment to delivery. All tracking information will be provided at the time of order confirmation. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

PLEASE NOTE

  • Time frames provided are guidelines only.  Maker Label cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery, as the time frames stated above are a guideline provided by the postal services. 
  • Maker Label endeavours to fulfil orders within 48 hours, in busy times eg Christmas or promotions please allow extra time for this. A member of staff can advise you on time estimations if required. 
  • Once your order has been despatched, Maker Label cannot alter any delivery information.  This must be undertaken by the customer with the service provider, using the tracking information provided. 
  • For International deliveries custom policies vary from country to country.  With this in mind, your purchase may be subject to overseas custom duties and/or other taxes.  If such costs do occur, they are payable by the recipient.  To minimise any unwanted surprise costs, please check with your local customs office for further information prior to finalising your purchase.

We endeavour to reply to all orders and emails within 48 hours during the business week. If communication is made over the weekend or public holidays, please allow for any response to follow the next business day.
